Troubleshooting

The video does not start

If you do not have the flash plug-in installed, you may receive an error message. If this occurs, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the plug-in from Adobe. For more information on flash video, visit the Adobe website.

Streamed video does not play smoothly

Your bandwidth may be being used by another application (or another computer, if your connection is via a network). It is best to avoid downloading large files or using peer-to-peer applications while watching video, as the pressure on your bandwidth may prevent you from being able to receive enough data to maintain a constant video stream.
