The introduction of training for bursars started a trend that has grown and developed, and at a rapid pace. It launched a movement across the school system which continues today and is set to go further in the future. It was the start of a quiet revolution.

The second of two studies looks at more detail the four major studies that were cited in part one and that underpin the evidence showing the impact that SBMs have on schools. The four studies are:
