The summary report provides a brief overview of how primary school leaders engaged with the remodelling agenda to consider the leadership and management of ICT in their schools. Five main areas emerged from a review of the literature and these were the main focus of the full report:

  • 24 administrative tasks
  • knowledge management
  • communication
  • planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time
  • extending roles of staffing

The summary report focuses on the core findings from the research and highlights the leadership dimension with particular reference to how schools have sought to apply remodelling to achieve a better fit between roles and responsibilities.
