International Leadership Learning Programme

The International Leadership Learning Programme (ILLP) will close in December 2010.

The ILLP was a 12 month professional development programme organised by the National College. Headteachers, as well as senior school and children’s centre leaders, have taken part in the programme, with the support of their governing bodies, to explore various areas of leadership development in an international context. The programme was designed to benefit the individuals’ leadership skills while providing a positive impact on the development of their local organisations.
