Audio-vidual facilities

The Learning and Conference Centre offers a wide range of business facilities on site.

Photocopying and faxing services are available to you free of charge. Courier services can be requested through our reception desk on the day and either charged to your account or payment taken in cash. Should you require secretarial support whilst on site, please contact reception to pre-arrange this.

A range of audio-visual (AV) facilities can be supplied to you free of charge in house, including:

  • video and telephone conferencing facilities
  • broadband networking
  • smartboards or plasma screens
  • built in computers, DVD and VCR players
  • induction loop in our large meeting rooms
  • ceiling-mounted and portable data projectors
  • re-broadcasting facility of conference room presentations
  • wireless networking throughout

Our AV technicians are responsible for planning your requirements and may contact you prior to arrival to gain a greater understanding of your needs. You may also wish to email your presentations to them prior to arrival for peace of mind. Your AV technician will meet with your organiser and speakers each morning to assist with any additional requirements you may have and to provide technical support.

Should you require personal AV event management during your conference please let us know in advance of your event.
