Check in/out and payment at the Learning and Conference Centre

Your bedroom will be available for check in from 4pm. For early arrivals, we can store your luggage and deliver it to your room at the earliest convenience.

You are requested to vacate your room and settle your account at reception by 9.30am on the day of your departure.

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron and Delta. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment via American Express or Diners Card. Please note we no longer accept personal cheques.

Overnight delegates can view their current bill via their bedroom television. If you wish to pay your account by invoice, please email the conference and events office at least two weeks prior to arrival. Your email should include your organisation or company name, full registered business address, accounts contact name and purchase order number.
