Learning and Conference Centre restaurant and bar

Throughout your stay with us our highly trained brigade of chefs will provide freshly prepared innovative and modern cuisine, using local, seasonal produce where possible, in our lakeside restaurant and bar.

• choose from a range of starters, main courses, working buffet lunches and desserts
• our conference co-ordinators will assist in planning your menus in advance, where required, particularly for delegates with special dietary requirements
• as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, we can cater for working buffet lunches and bespoke events for up to 160 diners - should you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us ahead of your arrival to help us provide a tailor made menu for you (you do not have to contact us to specify that you prefer vegetarian food)

The fully licensed bar, which leads to a decked lakeside seating area, is open to residential and day delegates from 5.30-11pm. The bar is a great place for relaxed, informal discussion after an intensive day. For the comfort of all guests, the Learning and Conference Centre, including our restaurant and bar, is a non-smoking building.
