Rates and packages at the Learning and Conference Centre

Please be advised that the rates below are our standard rates. Dependent on the funding of your event and the time of the year you are planning to hold an event, rates can be tailored to your budget and requirements. All rates include VAT.

Complimentary services

We offer the following complimentary services with all our conference packages:

pre-arranged collection and drop-off service by our minibus from local public transport hubs
free national telephone calls from conference rooms and bedrooms
wireless internet connections available in bedrooms through BT Open Zone
photocopying, faxing and conference registration
free on-site car parking
a set of audience response buttons where facilitators can receive immediate graphical feedback to questions raised on PowerPoint presentations

Members' rates

If you are a member of the National College you automatically have access to our reduced members' rates.

Membership is free to individuals in England who have a professional interest in schools and early years leadership. If you are not already a member, join now.

Leaders based outside England and overseas can now also subscribe to membership. Find out about international membership.

Day delegate rate £60

full day conference room hire for your main meeting room
three servings of tea and coffee (two of which are served with biscuits)
three-course hot restaurant lunch or cold finger buffet lunch
conference room stationery and tool box
pads, pens and tent cards in your main room
water available in all meeting rooms
all audio-visual equipment, including smart boards, laptops, data projectors, flipcharts, VCR and DVD
one syndicate room for conferences with numbers exceeding 12 delegates (if required)
