As a member of the National College you automatically have access to the facilities at the Learning and Conference Centre for meetings and events at a reduced rate. Please be advised that all rates below include VAT.

Conference packages

Day delegate rate £45

  • full day conference room hire for your main meeting room
  • three servings of tea and coffee (two of which are served with biscuits)
  • three-course hot restaurant lunch or cold finger buffet lunch
  • conference room stationery and tool box
  • pads, pens and tent cards in your main room
  • water available in all meeting rooms
  • all audio-visual equipment, including smart boards, laptops, data projectors, flipcharts, VCR and DVD
  • one syndicate room for conferences with numbers exceeding 12 delegates (if required)
  • VAT and service charge

24 hour residential rate £130

  • day delegate package as above
  • one night accommodation in a double or single room for one person
  • three-course table d'hôte dinner
  • full English breakfast
  • VAT and service charge

Conference and syndicate room hire (rates are available on request)

  • individual meeting room hire for appropriate hours
  • audio-visual equipment
  • VAT and service charge

Accommodation rates

Bed and breakfast £80

  • one night accommodation in a double or single room for one person
  • full English breakfast

Dinner, bed and breakfast £100

  • one night accommodation in a double or single room for one person
  • three-course table d'hôte dinner

  • complimentary pre-arranged collection and drop-off service by our minibus from local public transport hubs
  • free national telephone calls from conference rooms and bedrooms
  • wireless internet connections available in bedrooms through BT Open Zone
  • complimentary photocopying, faxing and conference registration
  • free on-site car parking
  • audio-visual event management at £350 per day
  • a set of audience response buttons where facilitators can receive immediate graphical feedback to questions raised on PowerPoint presentations
