Resources
A number of resources are now available to support you in the leadership of the new secondary curriculum.
Leading the change: implementing the new secondary curriculum

Before any curriculum plans are put in place or timetables are rewritten, there is a job to be done in leading a process of change. This publication draws upon the work of Kotter's well-established change model, demonstrating how a number of schools have used his advice on the leadership of change in practice.
New secondary curriculum reform and key questions

This document provides school leaders and stakeholders with the key questions to support you in indentifying how your school is progressing with the implementation of the curriculum.
Vision into practice - leadership case studies

The new secondary curriculum provides an opportunity for the reform of curricular provision, to enable schools to further raise standards and help all their learners to meet the challenges of a fast-changing world. Many schools have already seized the freedoms that the 11-19 curriculum reforms have offered. This publication considers examples of good practice across a number of schools that have been engaged in such developments.
