SBM workshop: School income generation - guidance for school business managers

A workshop focusing on how a school can use its resources more efficiently to generate additional income.

The aims of the workshop are to:

• develop your understanding of how to implement a strategy for income generation
• give you practical information and guidance on the internal and external funding opportunities available to schools
• provide guidance on how to write successful bids for funding
• investigate opportunities for entrepreneurial activities in schools

The workshop is relevant to school business managers, or those carrying out the business function in schools or academies.

What’s involved?

The workshop consists of five sessions, each being delivered at a face-to-face event. There is no assessment, however certificates will be awarded.
