Member course: Vision with values

This short course will introduce you to important issues around creating a vision for your school or setting.

The core of leadership is shaped and driven by vision and values. All schools or educational settings are unique in nature and bound by a common overarching vision: to shape a future of excellence, inclusion and equity through the education of children and young people. Creating a vision that is informed by policy and collaboration that reflects the uniqueness of a school, its community and commitment to society is therefore essential.
