About ldr

The aim of ldr magazine is to hold a mirror to good leadership practice. We look at how leaders tackle the many challenges of leading their schools and children's centres, and share this with readers through a rich combination of case studies, opinion, advice and analysis. We want ldr readers to feel inspired, informed and supported by the magazine.

ldr is published online by the National College for School Leadership.
