Richard Schofield is the headteacher at Redbridge Community School in Southampton.

Three times in a row Ofsted has graded the school as 'outstanding' and Redbridge is currently in the top one per cent of schools nationally for CVA measures (Contextual Value Added), with a record of achievement in many areas that continues to attract both local and national interest. Redbridge is a highly successful and forward-thinking school, where staff are developed in an innovative way, whilst a very close eye is kept on the everyday detail.
