Leading extended provision
To address the five Every Child Matters (ECM) outcomes for children’s health, safety, achievement, social contribution and economic well-being, schools must work as part of multi-agency teams. As a result, our understanding of what constitutes a 'school' and the role of the school leader is changing. Schools are moving from being sole deliverers of services to becoming brokers and advocates.
