ECM: planning, quality and evaluation

Planning, quality and evaluation

When working with partners to address the Every Child Matters (ECM) agenda, you need to include partners in the planning process. Having a shared vision is the foundation of any school improvement strategy and builds trust among partners. When working in partnership, you need to adopt new strategies. Research identifies eight leadership ‘levers,’ to help you succeed, including professional development for staff and navigating community politics.
