14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme

Leaders and managers of 14-19 consortia are facing the challenges of working together to implement the 14-19 Diploma. In partnership with the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS), we can provide you with an ongoing and flexible programme of support to help you prepare for Diploma implementation.

Key facts

• The 14-19 Diploma is a new qualification for 14 to 19-year-olds that combines essential skills and knowledge, hands-on experience and occupational or subject-focused learning. It is designed for students with a range of abilities and supports progression into training, employment and further or higher education.
• The 14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme supports leaders and managers of 14-19 consortia as they prepare to introduce the Diploma.
• At the heart of our service is a consortium adviser, whose role is to help you to explore your readiness for Diploma implementation, identify areas for consortium development and introduce you to aspects of our programme and the support that is offered by a range of workforce partners.
• The programme is delivered in partnership with LSIS.

A team of specially selected and trained consortium advisers will work closely with you to create the right package of support to meet your development needs.
