Cancellation policy for CSBM

This information sets out the National College's cancellation policy for the Certificate of School Business Management (CSBM).

Before acceptance on the programme

If you wish to retract your application, you must contact your training provider for your region and quote your application reference number.

After acceptance on the programme

Once you have started the programme, if you wish to withdraw you should contact your training provider who will issue you with a copy of the withdrawal policy and the form you will need to complete.

You are required to inform your training provider a minimum of two weeks prior to any face-to-face session if you are unable to attend. If you fail to do so the late cancellation costs for the venue will be passed on to you. Please be aware that these can be significant, so try to provide as much notice as you can.

As CSBM is a modular programme, please be aware that once you confirm you have started a module this commits you to complete within the agreed timescale. Attendance at a workshop does not constitute starting the module it is an optional part of each module. Starting a module will incur cancellation costs if you withdraw before completion.
