Application round now open

The application round for cohort 9 of Equal Access to Promotion is open until 2 December.

EAP case studies

As the final element of the Equal Access to Promotion (EAP) programme, following the residential forum, each participant completes a leadership study in their own teaching situation around their chosen theme. Examples of these leadership studies can be found on the National Union of Teachers website.

Previous participants' experience

To find out what a difference this programme can make we have interviewed current and recently graduated participants. The resulting case studies provide an insight into EAP from the perspective of those who have experienced the programme first hand and the impact that it has on their careers and aspirations.
