Costs of Leadership Pathways

The costs detailed below apply to all participants starting Leadership Pathways in the 2009–2010 academic year. This includes cohort 8 and cohort 9.

This entitles a participant access to the online materials, the orientation unit and three core days, the routemap (online learning needs analysis) and two skills workshops. There is no additional charge for the support and training of the coach, who will receive one day of training and access to the online materials. Supply and travel costs are not subsidised by the National College.

For the majority of participants, the National College will subsidise the Leadership Pathways programme. However, please check your employment situation against the table and notes below, so that you are sure of the contribution you will be asked to make.

For participants starting the programme from 1 April 2009 and 31 March 2010, schools will receive a capped expenditure allowance upon completion of the programme. Schools will be contacted directly to confirm payment details towards the end of a cohort.

The allowance for 2009-10 is £720 per participant completing the programme.
