Leadership Pathways programme details
Leadership Pathways is designed around the principle of personalisation. Participants are able to plan their route through the programme by using the online materials, which include an orientation unit - that provides key information about the programme's structure - the routemap (a learning needs analysis), as well as a choice of skills workshops.

- Online programme registration and orientation.
- Initial routemap (learning needs analysis), revisited towards the end of the programme
- Choice from 21 online modules from four optional areas of online learning:
- resourcing change
- extending the community of learners
- leading learning and teaching
- stepping up to leadership
- Completion of “Making the Difference” module, to support planning, implementation and evaluation of the whole school change project.
- Continual learning and support through active regional online networks.

- Three one-day core face-to-face sessions. More information about the core sessions.
- One day workshop for coaches
- Choice of up to two face-to-face optional skill workshops designed around key leadership skills that will supplement the online learning, from the following four:
- effective influencing
- leading high-performance teams
- dealing with challenging behaviour
- creative problem-solving
