NLE and NSS appeals

Details of the national leaders of education (NLE) and national support schools (NSS) appeals procedure are available in the NLE/NSS designation appeals procedure document.

Appeals relating to tranche 10 designation decisions will be handled within the following timeframes.

  • Unsuccessful applicants will receive further written feedback and appeals forms will be available - by 28 February 2012.
  • Applicants seek informal resolution - between 28 February and 12 March 2012.
  • Deadline for receipt of appeal forms by National College - 5.30pm, 12 March 2012.
  • Applicants informed of outcome of their appeal - by 5.30pm, 20 March 2012.

Appeals timeline for tranche eleven is currently scheduled for 12-25 June 2012.
