Costs of LftM

The cost of Leading from the Middle (Lftm) includes access to the online materials, three face-to-face days and two twilight sessions, the middle leader development diagnostic and online resources such as Learn to Lead and Virtual School. There is no additional charge for the support and training of the coach, who will receive one full day of training, along with further twilight sessions and access to the online materials.

For the majority of participants, the National College will subsidise the cost of the programme. However, please check your employment situation against the table and notes below so that you are sure of the contribution you will be asked to make.

*For small school participants starting the programme from 1 April 2008, the reimbursement of travel and supply costs will be replaced by a single payment made on completion of the programme.

Cancellation and withdrawal policy

If individuals or schools withdraw from LftM once they have been accepted onto the programme, then a sliding scale of fees will be made according to the table below. Should an individual withdraw prior to the start of the programme it may be possible to offer their place to a colleague. If this is the case, please contact your regional provider as soon as possible.

You will receive an invoice from your regional provider according to the table of fees below.
