What's involved?

The programme is delivered by facilitators from the cluster who are nominated, experienced senior leaders.

Facilitators are trained to deliver the programme on a four-day residential. Six months later they must also attend a two-day assessment.

Middle leaders who participate in the programme will attend approximately five face-to-face sessions, be given online activities and individual learning, and get support from a learning coach.
