NPQICL case studies

The National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL) offers leaders of children's centres an excellent opportunity to develop their leadership skills. To find out what a difference the qualification can make, we have interviewed previous programme participants. We asked them how their practice has changed since completing NPQICL, what particular strategies they have developed in order to make a difference to the lives of children and families, and what advice they would offer to those considering undertaking the qualification.
