(f) We intend to continue improving the content and function of our website and the online network. For this reason, we may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design and layout of our site and provide content of interest to you.
(g) We may keep your information for a period of time in line with the NATIONAL COLLEGE's retention policy and schedules.

3.1 The NATIONAL COLLEGE is a signatory to the Protocol on Data Sharing and Rationalisation in the Schools Sector. The protocol seeks to minimise the burden of data collection on schools and local authorities by collecting data once and sharing it to support individual pupil learning, whole school improvement and system-wide capacity building. To this end, we may share your data with protocol partners and local authorities.
3.2 We may share your personal information with third parties, which may include our partners and stakeholders who carry out work on our behalf and our service providers and agents for the purposes as set out in Paragraph 1.1 of this policy. All third parties are bound by contractual provisions of confidentiality in respect of personal information shared with them.
4.1 The NATIONAL COLLEGE seeks to increase the diversity of school leaders in order to make full use of the talents of all members of the school workforce. We collect sensitive information, such as ethnicity, only to help us measure our effectiveness in this area. You do not have to give this information to access our services. Where you do provide it, we treat it with care and only use it for anonymous statistical purposes unless otherwise made clear to you.
5.1 The NATIONAL COLLEGE reserves the right to validate teachers' applications using GTC registration data. If you are a teacher applying or registering for our services or programmes, you agree to:
(a) the GTC releasing the non-sensitive data necessary to corroborate your application
(b) inform The NATIONAL COLLEGE if you are currently under a secretary of state or GTC restriction or if any such restriction comes into effect while you are benefiting from our services
6.1 By providing your mobile telephone number you agree to The NATIONAL COLLEGE contacting you by SMS. For example we may contact you for the purposes of the Leadership Pathways programme to send you SMS reminders. By using this service you accept that we provide no kind of guarantee to deliver the reminder SMS or that there may be some delay in delivery of the SMS which is beyond our control.
